The story
Six years buying media, the hard way first.
Uppush was founded in 2019 as a performance buying shop. No agents, no automation, just operators sitting inside ad accounts learning where spend works and where it leaks. That apprenticeship is the reason the agentic layer we run today is trusted to touch real budgets.
The agencies that scaled in the last decade did it by hiring buyers. The ceiling was always the same: a good operator can hold a finite number of accounts in their head before judgment starts to slip. We hit that ceiling and decided not to solve it with headcount.
Instead we built agents that carry the mechanical load: reading performance, drafting changes, surfacing what moved and why. The operator stops being a pair of hands and becomes a reviewer of proposals. The work that used to fill a day now fills a few minutes of considered approval.
The agents do the reading and the drafting. The operators do the judgment. Nothing reaches a live account without a human approving the merge.
