Uppush.

Operators running agents at scale.

Uppush is a privately-held performance marketing operator. We have been buying media on Meta, TikTok, Google, and the major traffic networks in production since 2019. Today that work runs on agentic systems we build and supervise ourselves. The agents move at the speed of the platform. The operators stay accountable for every decision they make.

The story

Six years buying media, the hard way first.

Uppush was founded in 2019 as a performance buying shop. No agents, no automation, just operators sitting inside ad accounts learning where spend works and where it leaks. That apprenticeship is the reason the agentic layer we run today is trusted to touch real budgets.

The agencies that scaled in the last decade did it by hiring buyers. The ceiling was always the same: a good operator can hold a finite number of accounts in their head before judgment starts to slip. We hit that ceiling and decided not to solve it with headcount.

Instead we built agents that carry the mechanical load: reading performance, drafting changes, surfacing what moved and why. The operator stops being a pair of hands and becomes a reviewer of proposals. The work that used to fill a day now fills a few minutes of considered approval.

The agents do the reading and the drafting. The operators do the judgment. Nothing reaches a live account without a human approving the merge.

How Uppush works, in one sentence

The operating model

Agents propose. Humans approve every merge.

The thing people get wrong about agentic media buying is the word autonomous. Autonomy on a real ad budget is a liability, not a feature. Our model keeps the agent fast and keeps the operator in command.

01

Agents propose

Inside every account, agents read spend, creative fatigue, audience drift, and pacing in real time. They draft the changes a senior buyer would make and write down the reasoning behind each one.

02

Operators review

A named operator owns the account. They see every proposed change with its rationale, the expected effect, and the risk if it is wrong. They edit, reject, or queue. The agent never decides alone.

03

Humans approve the merge

Nothing touches a live budget until a human approves it. The merge is deliberate, logged, and reversible. Speed comes from the drafting, not from removing the person who is accountable.

Principles

What we will not compromise on.

These are not aspirations on a wall. They are the constraints we build the agents against, and the reasons partners are comfortable letting them run.

Accountable

A name on every account

Automation does not dissolve responsibility. Each account has an operator who owns the result and answers for it. There is always a person to call.

Legible

Every change carries its reasoning

An agent that cannot explain itself does not get to act. Proposals arrive with the why attached, so a reviewer can disagree on substance rather than guess at intent.

Reversible

Nothing we cannot undo

Changes are logged and built to roll back. We would rather move fast inside a safe boundary than move recklessly and hope. The platform is real money in real time.

Durable

Built to compound, not to impress

We optimize for systems that still make sense in a year, not for a clever quarter. Maturity beats novelty when a partner is trusting you with spend.

By the numbers

Track record over talking points.

Diligence

Built to be checked, not just believed.

Scale is easy to claim. We would rather be the partner that holds up under scrutiny. Here is what we offer the people who are weighing whether to trust us with spend or with inventory.

Media partners and traffic networks

You are protecting inventory and a quality bar. We give you a buyer that scales without the volatility that automation usually brings, because a human still signs off on every change that hits your platform. Quality stays legible and traceable.

Enterprise and managed clients

You want the throughput of automation with the accountability of a senior team. You get both. A named operator owns your account, the agents carry the volume, and you see the reasoning behind the work rather than a black box of results.

Privately held, operating since 2019, run from Dubai World Central. The kind of partner that is still here next year.
